extra bird inchies just for the asking I jumped right in and asked
for one. I told her I'd trade her one I made. Unfortunately my computer acted up on me and just before it wouldn't start up one day, it must have eaten my photo - actually the whole last day of photos I'd uploaded.
So anyhow, I sent her a quilted inchy with a shell bird attached that I'd dabbed Ranger's alcohol inks on. I also sent her a couple of the extra shell birds I made. In return she sent me this wonderful packet of goodies and two of her bird inchies - one of them with some of the foil on it which she sent me. Aren't they pretty? I am so very lucky.
Thankyou very much Karen. I really like the inchies and the goodies!

Wow, cool loot. LOVE the birds!
Mail Art makes my day fantastic!
I am so glad the package arrived safely and that you liked the bits and pieces plus the inchies. I shall look out for them in your future art!!!
I LOVE the one that you sent me and I will put it on my blog... the little shell birds are so pretty... not sure how well it will scan so I may have to photograph it. I hope I can do it justice. It was lovely to swap with you.... thank you:) Karen
You visited my "travels with dogs" a few weeks ago and somehow I missed your comment. I love your blog and I'm going to a Draw-a-thon this afternoon...life drawing as inchies... should be fun. I'll be back.
I really must start to do inchies again! They were fun!
Cute birds! Lucky you :- )
OMG! These birds are cute, too!
And, yes, my beadwork will be at the Sciart Center (O'Keefe Gallery, I think) until July 4th! I would love to get some pics of the exhibit! :)
Lovely birdie inchies. I was really lucky to get some birdies from Missy K too!
I just wanted to say thank you so much Timaree for the house inchy that you made that I received in the recent swap. It's really lovely!
When you get yours you may find one has no writing on the back and that will probably be mine, it will look like a Cornish cottage. I forgot to write my name on the back oooops!
So, thank you, and I've blogged the houses I received on my blog
Carolyn
I love the bird inchies you received and the lovely pieces that she shared with you too...you are a lucky gal. I'm sure that Karen loved your inchy and extra shell birds too...what fun!
Your inchies are just wonderful, Timaree! Every time you share yours, it makes me want to do them too. It must be nice to work on something small and relatively quick. ~Lisa
